The lean structure and short duration of this team building workshop will stimulate teams to tap into their design thinking skills and collaborative problem-solving resources.
Over the course of 3 hours, participants will use repurposed materials to create unique lamps integrated with LED strips and cement elements.
The workshop can be themed based on client’s needs, to tailor the experience on the team-development goals at hand.
Participants will work with LED strips, cement, glass jars and other repurposed containers, fabrics, paper, paints, glue, wire, and more. The entire process, seemingly simple and accessible by anyone without any particular manual skills, is in fact based on advanced design thinking methodologies and aimed at stimulating team collaboration and cohesion.
Each team member will be able to leave with a unique artefact that will remind them of this special experience.
