Participants in this team building workshop will practice collaboration, coordination, co-creation, and constructive feedback during a lamp-making experience of 5 hours.
The PolyLamp is a geometric lamp created from a flat cardboard cutout. Workshop participants will have access to LED strips, plaster fabrics, pigments, paints, natural materials, and more to shape, assemble, and decorate the components of the final object.
Working in small teams, participants will experience different types of interactions and interdependencies, with the common goal of creating a PolyLamp with a coherent and recognizable style.
The workshop structure will allow for different paces and phases, including moments for ideation, feedback, and reflection. Each participant in this creative venture will be able to take home a PolyLamp created with the help of the team.
